Law Schools Grouped by Enrollment Range

A law school does not have large number of students, in general. In 2024, total 139,883 students enrolled over 197 ABA-accredited law schools, and in average each law school has 714 students.
10 law schools have large number of students, over 1,500. Additional 24 law schools' population is greater than 1,000.
Although the number of students and admission Competitiveness do not seem to be correlated, as can be seen in the table and chart below, law schools with a large number of students have higher LSAT scores and lower acceptance rates.
Rather, generally speaking, colleges with a smaller number of students are thought to have more competitive admission, but the case for law schools is different in United States.
